To Our Beloved WhistlePig Friends and Family,

Opening a world-class distillery on a renovated dairy farm is no mean feat. It requires years of dedication, a team of engineers and builders, and staff so dedicated that they will stop at nothing to create a masterpiece. I am fortunate, humbled, and proud to report that our masterpiece – “The Mortimer” – is now complete.

This multi-story copper still designed by legendary Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and constructed by Vendome Copper in Louisville, Kentucky has set the stage for the upcoming release of our Estate Whiskey – a sustainable rye handcrafted in Vermont to rival the finest whiskeys in the world.

And that, my friends, is an excellent excuse for a party.

I’d also like to thank those who made the evening possible: the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, Breadloaf Construction, Top Hat Entertainment, Little Press Room, Imhotep Vermont, and American Flatbread.

We feel more connected to our great American heritage than ever before, and we look forward to sharing our harvest, our stories, and – most importantly – our whiskey with you: now and forever.
