While we’ve been enjoying reminiscing on Notes From the Front, we’ve arrived at our final act. Only three of these historic publications exist, and they are truly a taste of a different time (the iPhone 5 hadn’t even been released yet, after all).

We hope you are as delighted as we are to read about the great cow break-in of 2013, a moment that is often remembered around the WhistlePig bonfire. We also get a glimpse of winter, something to look forward to as we nudge slightly closer to November. And in the deepest night when light seems to have abandoned us, we remember, “the more we can find joy in the trials of life that are beyond our control, the happier we will be.”
