With the country’s best chefs, heritage breed pork, custom cocktails, and snowy peaks of Aspen/Snowmass as the backdrop, the Cochon555 Tour is one of the most delicious events of the year. Thomas Boemer of Corner Table, Minneapolis was crowned King of Porc, and Morgan F. Weber’s cocktail won the Punch King competition. On behalf of all rye whiskey, we salute you.

But out of a truly impressive field, we think the real winners were the attendees. There is nothing better in this life than sampling vividly innovative dishes, sipping WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey, and enjoying the fresh mountain air.
