2 oz WhistlePig Rye
.5 oz dry vermouth
.25 oz maple syrup
2 tsp Cherry Heering
½ tsp absinthe
 
Directions: Stir with ice for 20-30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
