1oz WhistlePig Rye
1oz Applejack
3/4oz lemon juice
3/4oz simple syrup
egg white
 
Directions: ‘Dry’ shake egg white for 30 seconds, add ice and continue shaking for 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe. Garnish with a slice of apple.
