Distillery Opening: A Momentous Occasion

Opening a world-class distillery on a renovated dairy farm in Vermont is no mean feat. It requires years of dedication, a team of engineers and builders, and a leader so dedicated that he will stop at nothing to create a masterpiece.

The center of our new masterpiece is “The Mortimer”, a multi-story copper still designed by legendary Master Distiller Dave Pickerell and constructed by Vendome Copper in Louisville, Kentucky. This momentous undertaking has set the stage for the upcoming release of WhistlePig’s Vermont Estate Whiskey – a sustainable rye handcrafted in Vermont to rival the finest whiskeys in the world.

And that, my friends, is an excellent excuse for a party.
